canada usa plan

I purchased a Canada / US unlimited minutes plan with 20 gb data.  The data is not working in kona hawaii, what should I do to get the data working.

Hello @sofie1 

Go into your network settings on your phone. If it is set to Automatic, turn that off and click on T-Mobile. Also, make sure your data roaming is turned on. Then, reboot the phone. If that works, great! If not, then go back into your settings and try AT&T and reboot. Then Verizon is apparently a new partner but I feel T-Mobile should do just fine.

hi @sofie1 someone tried in Hawaii and worked, just not sure if Kona works

but which network you are using now? First , change network mode to 4G LTE, then Manual. connect to all 3 networks T-Mobile, AT&T , Verizon, and see which one works
