@siddikatherange If you can make calls but can't receive calls then the porting has not completed yet.
Just continue to use your old sim until it stops working.
If you're old sim is still working but the end of the day then submit a ticket for help.

If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. did you just port your phone number?
are you able to dial out?
are you getting a signal on your phone?
have you tried restarting the phone/turning airplane mode off and on?
