My wife tried changing her email and password and now can't get into her account at all. Plus, she is being billed for 2 different amounts each month.

Dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to get the status of your account or make payment changes then private message a CS_Agent to help you access your account.

two different amounts? did she have trouble when setup? maybe the activation created multiple accounts
