my subscription of $50/m plan was renewed automatically but can't access data usage. please help, had to rely on home wifi to have internet access.

@20205 I guess it was working before and just not working since renewal?
Try to reboot your phone once
and if check if you have any data usage limit set on your device. On Android , there is such setting on the Mobile Data page. Please check and disable it
If it still does not work, try to put your PM sim card in another phone to test as well

Reboot your phone. Try your SIM in another phone to eliminate SIM issues.
Does your account says Active? Other services work as expected?

Check your devices APN settings and adjust as accordingly whether Android or iPhone.

@20205 @You can also try and reset network setting , make sure it’s set to Telus network
