With all US 3G officially Shut Down, How Can Public charge for US Roaming in good conscience?

With no US providers offering 3G coverage any more, how can Public even think about selling US roaming voice and text service, knowing it's not going to work.

There are some pockets where PM US add-on still work. And 2G is still available for some services.

As long as you're in a T-Mobile 2G coverage area and your phone can switch down you'll get voice. You'll get data and text no problem.

It all works perfectly fine in many places. When it doesn't then the company seems willing to credit back the purchase.
