I had to turn off the other line and deleted the old E-sim. Had full service after that procedure.

Good day. I figured what the problemwas. I had to delete the old E-sim and delete the other companys settings. After doing that, I had full service and no other issues. I'm able to call out, send and receive text messages. Thank you's all for your help. Have anice day and thanks again.

hi @bearbear19
one more thing, make sure your PM sim is there on Settings->Cellular, make sure it is set as Primary and toggled on "Turn on this line"

your sim is not working at all, your text was just iMesasge or RCS
you need to ask PM to provision the sim again. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

hi @bearbear19 so no old sim there?
try your PM sim card in another phone and test
if same, ask PM support agent to check if the account was setup properly, , you can submit ticket by direct message:

@bearbear19 have you recently ported into PM as a new subscriber? Are you in the US or Mex right now? Is this a new problem or recurring? And lastly, what make/model phone do you have?

did you attempt to port your old number in to your new PM account ? Did you reply YES to the port confirmation sent by previous network ? Does your old sim still work to rec calls ?
