auto payment stopped being used by PM.

I have been using auto payment for years,  since I got a PM account in 2017.  Now my account is suspended & I am unable to use my  phone.  I tried & tried, but PM will not allow me make a payment.  what kind of a screwed up company is this?????

HI@valupak  happy that it works now!!

to be save for next payment, you can manually load the amount due couple days before the due date

and worst case if you need a voucher, you can buy online via recharge.com.  There is a charge, but cheaper than the gas for 110 KM.  Gas are expensive these days!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your help.  I ended up driving the 110 km.'s, to get some vouchers.  lol.  All is well now.

hi @valupak autopau fails sometimes 

  PM is prepaid and hence you need to pay first to get the service

call *611 if you know the 4 digits pin

or login My Account to make payment

if you have trouble, message  support

I have tried making a manual payment for over two hours.  My son tried too, but no way will the firkin account accept any manual payment.  I supposedly do not know my PIN number because they say it does not match whatever they have.   How do I phone anyone, including my credit card company to verify info when I do not have a working phone? To buy a voucher I have to make a 110 km., round trip.    Thanks for your offer of help, but it does not solve my problem.

Auto pay can fail

 

To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611  no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary
