My account has been suspended even though I am on auto pay.
I have tried the self serve also, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. Giving the "unable to process" error.

I just tried to pay my sons bill and it seams it didn't take the money I did get his dad to pay it and so it used a different card however it's saying it didn't do anything but telling me funds are there so I don't know what's going on

can't call out, or text, no data.
but I did get a text saying Payment Due on Dec.15.

Do you still have a working phone? I noticed just the other day my plan didn't return to active until 12 noon Toronto time. That's at least 10 hours later than it was last year when I signed up for Public Mobile.
It seems to be later in the day each time to me now.
