I can't get into my account to change my sim as I lost my other one but I can get into my son's account so I don't think its a problem with public or my computer or phone how can I log on so I can update my account?

Why did we just go and get vouchers and you can't just get 40.00 each it's now 43.00 so to pay for our plans of 120.00 every 90 days we now have to put 9.00 more then is needed how is this right? the guy at the esso where we get them said it's 43.00 ...

Putting a SIM in to an iPhone 4

Hello my boyfriend dropped his phone and needs to use an old unlocked iPhone 4 but when the SIM is put in that phone nothing happens just says no SIM anyone know how to fix this problem?  Thanks for your help
