My account has been suspended even though I am on auto pay.I have tried the self serve also, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. Giving the "unable to process" error.
I am trying to order 2 sim cards, but its saying "zip code does not match billing address". The transaction went thru on my visa too but got that error.
Can I used the unused sim cards in the triple punch sim card in another phone? For example, using the standard size in one phone and the nano size in another phone.
