I had the same problem - 3 accounts - all was going well, I started raving to all my friends to switch to Public Mobile. Auto-renew on 3 accounts. Car packed up to go on long trip. On renewal date all 3 phones stopped working. Been working on it for hours.

Seems to be quite a few people reporting their service abruptly just stops lately. Seems Public has a problem. Best to contact customer support as it seems to be an internal issue and not something you can solve.

did you check the outage map?

and report the issue to PM support agent. 

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (You might need to use email to receive 2FA if you cannot receive via SMS)

what phone do you have? did you check outage map?

there are active mobile outage in Ontario, close to Windsor, and some part in Alberta, and some part of Quebec, close to Trois-Rivieres

and what models are those 3 phones?
