Is there any other way one can get assistance from customer service. i can't seem to submit ticket- I keep getting error codes for 4 days. Is there a email I can send communication. Just getting pretty frustrated. @CS_Agent

@DDM69 although the attached link has great step by step visuals...the visuals have changed a lot since this 2017 post, and likely some of the methods too.

@debra17 - for future reference on how to get a hold of actual Public employees...you can use the "Get Help" section at the top of the screen above: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help, type 'customer support' to get methods to Public Mobile representatives.
