I was in communication with Hassell to try to get my Koodo number ported to my new Public Mobile account. He no longer is messaging me

Sometimes it takes hours or days for customer service to respond, depending how busy the agents are. In the meantime, when a particular agent finishes their shift, your matter may be transferred to a completely different agent. Good luck.

@hammerzak how long you waited? It is not unusual sometimes it takes like 4 or 6 hours . I encourage you to reply again

Not necessary ONE agent will take care of your issue. Send them a note asking somebody to continue communication.
If everything fails open new ticket.

PM customer service system actually is whoever working will reply , not a particular agent assigned to your case

The private messaging system is not immediate or live. It may be a few hours to respond. Or occasionally the next day. If Hassell is not available, another CSA should continue with the ticket. When was the last time Hassell messaged you?
