Plan is not renewing for May

I can still make calls and text, but I was not charged for my plan for May, and my data plan was not renewed.

@Ste - i feel this may be your case, although, the account may not say 'suspended' but it may just still be going through the renewal process. And the data does not reset the same way on the renewal day. Wait until later today, or tomorrow morning and you should see it replenish.

Another way to check your data balance, is to call 611. Any remaining data (including any remaining addons) can be checked at your fingertips.

@Ste  One last thing if services are working and your account says suspended and todays your renewal you can ignore this message as it just has not fully updated yet

add you can make payment by 611 if you know the PIN number on account or by voucher and 611 and no pin needed
