Hi. My account was closed & transferred to a new server. Am unable to log in to disable autopay & remove credit card info & request credit for unused portion of last payment made. Have also called 18554782542 to no avail. Also unable to send a message to customer service. What the hay?

Once the account has been ported to another provider, you will not have access to login anymore which is why you cannot.
Public Mobile does not have a phone number for account related inquiries.
I have read a few posts that indicates even though their account was closed, they continued to be charged to the cc on file.
Only an agent can remove cc from file. To get it removed, use the link below to message them directly since you can no longer login.

If you ported out your number to another provider then your account is deleted - closed and you cannot do anything with it. Assume your credit card info is deleted too. Wait few months and monitor your CC to confirm it will not be 'accidentally' charged.
