Is there a way I can disable 2FA permanently to log into my public mobile account?
If there is no such option , then is there a way that I receive this 2FA code on my email instead of text message on my phone?

No you cannot disable.
But you can get it sent to email just. Just click the didnt receive this code? And you can ask for email or voicemail.

you cannot disable 2FA completely, but you can have it only sent to email (gladly there is still such at option 🙂 ALWAYS good to leave the option open 👍 )
Simply remove the phone number from the EverSafe ID menu (Profile > Manage EverSafe ID) and the 2FA will be defaulted to email only
