Is there any other way one can get assistance from customer service. i can't seem to submit ticket- I keep getting error codes for 4 days. Is there a email I can send communication. Just getting pretty frustrated. @CS_Agent

yes- had to purchase 3 times. it was super frustrating!yes- that's exactly what I am looking to do

i had to purchase us data/ roaming x3 while I was away in order for the us add-on to finally work.
