I still have a lot of unused data and long distance minutes left ( shown on my enquiry ) in my add on why it is keep on saying I don't have any add on link to this account?

HI@Samhorns what add on you had and not there? is the add-on section blank now ? Maybe you used them up and not aware?

@Meow- Only Canada data expires after 30 days if purchased after the new system came on. The calling add-ons still stay on.

Can you Actually see those add-ons on your account???
Only holiday bonuses do not expire. All other add-ons (Canada) expire after 30 days of purchase use ti or not. USA add-on expire after 15 days.

@Samhorns note that we are not public mobile employees and have no access to your account.
You use the words " ..don't have any add on link to this account?" Did you create a new community ID/nickname? Are you able to log into My Account and see your overview addons? What does it show there, can you post a screenshot?
You can check your data addon balance by calling 611 from your public mobile device. This balance will include any remaining plan or addons left to use on your account.
If you created a 2nd community id, and you want your original community id/member name back, you can submit a ticket to CSA to ask for it to be recovered.

@Samhorns where exactly you see saying you don't have any add-on link to the account? You meant on My Account , under add-on section, there are nothing there?
or you meant when you try to access internet, you have no more mobile data?

@Samhorns Check it like this , if you have it there you should be able to use it no problem
Try again incognito/private mode
And or lap top /computer
OR
simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
