hi, my credit cards shows I made a payment of 28.23 to you on Dec 17th but when I did an payment history inquiry it is not there also what is this payment for? please help
I got billed twice on June 21 and Jun23 both for 16.96 for my monthly fee  why?
I already finished using my data plan this month as I continue using data it doesn't seems to use my add on bonus see attachment why? 
I still have a lot of unused data and long distance minutes  left ( shown on my enquiry ) in my add on why it is keep on saying I don't have any add on link to this account?
