• hi, my credit cards shows I made a payment of 28.23 to you on Dec 17th but when I did an payment history inquiry it is not there also what is this payment for? please help

Messages posted here are usually only seen by other cutomers. Other customers cannot look into your account.  By any chance is there a second account that the same credit card is used for?
