@Samhorns call 611 to check the data remaining in your account. If this is a cache issue and you do still have plan data left, this should tell you. Note, 611 tells you what is remaining in your plan and addon data added together.

possibly the browser cache problem
Click the refresh spinner on the lower right if you see it
if not , please login again using Incognito/Private/secret mode to avoid browser cache, wrong info
