So I referred two friends to Public Mobile last weekend but every time I put in my referral code when we signed them up it gave me a 404 error so I had to set them up without it. I would like to talk to someone to get this corrected but when I try to submit a support ticket I also get a 404 error. Please help @CS_Agent

Your 2 friends who just activate their SIM using your referral code must contact a CS_Agent to adjust the RAF rewards for them for their $10 credit and 1 point or $1/RAF.
Private message a CS_Agent and explain the issue. They are very understanding and it shouldn’t be an issue.
But did they try clearing the cache and going incognito on their browser first before activating. Try that first.

ask your friend who just joined to submit a ticket with CS agent here, ask them to add the code back
