add on not working

I added on call minutes and changed my account and was charged Feb 15th. It shows 492 minutes on my account left but I cannot make a call.

@k_white   When you say you changed your account, what do you mean?  Did you change plan?  The only plan that needs a Canada long distance minutes add-on is the $15 plan and the add-on minutes with that are for calling someone in Canada when you are also in Canada.  Is that what you wanted?

@k_white  regular Canada-wide call minutes addon?    You sure you got the correct one and didn't get other Long Distance calling add-on by mistake?

Try to reboot the phone.  Try to dial 1 in fron to the 10 digits number.  Or if you are using 1 already , try to dial just the 10 digits
