I have received my SIM in the mail and am now trying to complete Step 4 to finish set up.  I cannot see  where to go next.  I am using the online website as the App is not working on my phone.

@Sparta  Did you just copy and  past  my response . It’s bad etiquette. And I know because I did that myself to start . It won’t help making friends . Best to just make your own responses . You get more kudos

Exactly this.  So now I know I can't do the activation on the website, but the App is giving me grief on my phone which I'm pretty sure is an IPhone 6 or 7??  I have the App loaded, I cannot log in.  As soon as I click 'log in', the alert comes up: "Public Mobile wants to use telus.com to sign in", so I say 'continue' and then my screen goes blank

@TG66  what kind of phone do you have?  Why you cannot download the app?

your phone has to set to Canada in the App Store region settings

Also, have to be resonably up-to-date, Android 8.0 and above , or latest iOS if possible

If your phone does not meet the requirment, try to see if you can get a friend to help and use your friend's phone to complete the last step

@TG66 - have you already entered your payment info and choose your plan and phone number? I'd be hesitate to suggest to close out and try again in the App. But I think the App has more successful activations.

Note, we are not Public employees here on the forum.

@TG66  .that should be last step . Did you make payment ? Check credit card if you were put SIM card in phone and reboot the phone
