I need my account number to change providers.  How do I get this?

with you email and pass you used to activate SIM card if you had it activated in store you will need supports assist ace to creat account if never done before

if you have forgotten the email address used, first try to use the Reset Password link there, enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

 

if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them

That's not needed. IMEI number or PIN could be use if you don't have account number.
