Wrong phone number

I have not been able to activate this account that i have been paying since January because the phone number is incorrect, therefore the code you are sending goes to a wrong number. My number is 780-xxx-xxxx. Please give me a call as my wife’s account also has an error with her phone number and password. Once corrected we need you to credit our accounts for all the months we have been paying without getting service. Thank you

@Cheezy1   If you're not sure how to edit out your phone number it's the little v in a circle top right of your post.  Tap that and select edit.

Please remove the phone number, these are not private forums.

I'm sure when you signed up with Public Mobile you read that this is a self serve service. The way to contact a CS Agent, if you have the ability to log in is via the chatbot in the bottom right corner. However, because you are unable to log in, this is how to reach one.

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.

@Cheezy1- Everyone here is a customer like you.  You need help from an agent.  There is no telephone support with Public Mobile.  Click the chat bubble on the lower right, and start a conversation to open a ticket.

Also, since this is a public forum, you should remove any private information (your tel#).
