Not able to contact support

I just ported my number to Public and the service is mot working. The chatbot keeps redirecting me to the ticket page which is mot letting me submit the ticket. Now that I can’t submit a ticket, how do I reach out to support? I don’t have my number working so can’t call them. Is there an email?

Understood...but Customer Support has been putting out fires after the overwhelmimg uptake of the recently offered 50% Off plan. They're just now getting caught up, so I suggest to message them again but demand your concern get escalated this time, to a senior adviser. I'd also request compensation for your downtime and agro.

if you can log in to your account, click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of the page to start the process to get Customer Support. If that don't work, use this link instead..

I have been trying to connect support and I have not been able to get any help. It’s been a week without any service. I am not sure if I can switch to any other provider as I am not getting any supp. Can someone please help me with this. @DR_PM @CS_Agent

under normal circumstances, support is easy and fast...BUT...Public Mobile recently offered a 50% off for 2 yrs deal and it's been a gong show since the announcement. Once they clear the back-log of this roll-out, I'm sure things will get back to normal. 

@MananPathak  Support times are terrible over last 48 hours , due to new activations isssues but since you submitted 

ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box

I have not been able to get any service for 2 days and no one has even responded to me. I think this was a waste of money at this point. I have tried to reach out in messages, submitting to tickets. No response yet. The chatbot is pretty annoying showing same messages again and again.

Even if you manage to submit a ticket - good luck getting a reply from support. I was without service entirely due to a Public Mobile system error, and their support services have not responded to my issue days later. This company is a joke. You should port out your number to any carrier that is not affiliated with Telus if you value reliability of your cellular services.

You can dm them. No email option. You may need to clear the cache before submitting a ticket again or:

Critical step is to reply to the text from your old carrier with YES confirming you are porting over to PM. 
Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on to see if that works.

If not, contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in ’Submit a Ticket’ follow by Contact.
