Refund Request – Activation Not Completed

Hello,

I purchased a Public Mobile plan, but I have NOT completed activation yet.
The SIM/eSIM has not been activated and no service has been used.

I would like to request a refund for this purchase.
Please let me know the next steps.

When I opened a new account I read the remarks that the payment will be taken only if the account is activated. Not sure if your card was charged for the services. If it was charged then you have to create a ticket for the refund.
