Sim card not received yet.

I registered for $20 Public mobile plan on Jan. 24th. Still havn't received my sim card. I would like to cancel my subscription and request for a refund.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be between 1 to 3 weeks

However, since it has been just one week, you should receive your sim card very soon.
