I made 3 tickets the past week for no response. My phone is on SOS and I have tried to contact Public to help fix this issue as the website and app states to contact support unable to install esim. PLEASE HELP ME this has been a weeks worth of missing calls and texts.

Usually have to wait for CS_Agent response to ticket.
If you can login into your PM app on your phone, you could try to purchase another eSIM under profile section. That might re-install another eSIM.

hi @Joychoi can you double check the Sim Manager or Settings -> Cellular screen and see if a PM eSIM already there? usually the app would install that for you already and you don't need QR code to scan
