So I was able to secure the $20 plan with an old account I had with Public Mobile. I’m currently with Rogers and I haven’t ported over yet thankfully as I don’t have access to data text or calling on the new plan. My phone currently does shows bars and 5G on public with a temporary number.

I’ve tried resetting the network settings, turning off my phone, turning off the Rogers eSIM and only keeping the Public Mobile eSIM on but nothing’s working.

I emailed support already, just waiting to hear back, but wondering if anyone else has any similar issues?

Yep, tried LTE. Also, still nothing. I guess it’s waiting time. Good thing I didn’t port my number over!

It does suck for sure.  Some new customers have been waiting several days for service. 

You might want to try to force your phone to LTE network.  Instead of 5G.

Unfortunately, several new customers have had similar issues.  You have already tried the typical troubleshooting. You will need to wait for CSA response. Slower than usually due to popularity of the promo.
