I have a valid and open cc and the public online payment will not accept the card. I have checked everything I can think of.
Need to have the phone up and running Now.

@rag007 Yes, you should have received a reply by now from customer support although I understand that they have probably been dealing with many hundreds or more messages since April 1st and the autopay/payment failure.
Hopefully, you've got a response by now? Otherwise send another ticket or message immediately via the link posted by @esjliv .
BTW, do you see any balance in your account from the vouchers you've added? If so and you see a Reactivate option to the top right of the overview page, you can try to click it and see if the payment pushes through. It might take two or three tries though. If you don't see a balance equivalent to your voucher funds, then try loading them again either via the account or by dialing *611 on your phone making sure to enter the correct 12 digit PIN.

It is a day after I started a ticket and no reply from your technical support on this ticket?
I bought with the cc on my public mobile account 2x $25.00 public mobile vouchers.
Neither vouchers nor my cc work on PM site?
My cc works everywhere else?

I have to understand what happens in these cases. As you may imagine, I have a teen daughter but I am not a teen. I have people who need to be in touch with me.

@rag007 you said you typed in the 12 digits, so, it wasn't accepted and you don't see Available Fund showing any fund and your Account status still Suspended?
I think some of the replies asked you to open ticket with PM Support, have you open a ticket yet?
Give PM once more chance, open ticket with them and wait for their reply.

I paid for, on my credit card on file, 2 x $25.00 store vouchers. I typed in the 12 digit numbers, STILL WILL NOT WORK!!!!
I need my phone working. My cc is valid and working. I paid for the Public Mobile vouchers. NOTHING WORKS!!!!
If this is what happens when an issue comes up, I have to find another cell carrier provider.
I like Public Mobile. How can this happen and there is no resolution?

@rag007 - if you had too many failed attempts, you may have put a temporary lock on your account/card. After waiting an hour (which is has been), try again.
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

You can click on the message bubble in the bottom right or just direct message a CS Agent, as for vouchers there are few different ways you can get them. Use the search bar for that to go through the plethora of difff options, some have service fees, some don't. You can go into some stores and just buy them right away, some take longer to be activeetc so use that to find out your best option

Stores that sell gift cards often also sell cellular phone top-ups. You could use recharge.com as well.
Contact them using the username cs_agent. Or click on the bubble in the lower right and it should guide you to contacting them.

Are you updating CC info or adding new card?
It looks like another glitch is looming at PM as few people already had issues updating CC details (expiry date, etc.).
If it is not working even with different browser (Edge, Chrome) I would Not try too many time not to cause fraud alert.
Better contact agent while waiting for any other advises...

I suggest buying a voucher and putting it in to get your account running. You can also use the instant top-up method. Then figure out the card. You could wait an hour and try again as you only get a couple attempts. Match the address to the credit card address. Don't include a space in the postal code.
