Double charged

Bnewbury55

hello, I was double charged for April. My plan is set to auto renew but my phone stopped working one day saying I needed to pay on my account. I thought that my auto renew may have expired so I did a payment myself. I looked at my credit card statement this morning and noticed I was double charged. The auto renew came out as well as the payment I put manually. I would like a refund please.

It was related to the AutoPay glitch on April 1. You have 2 options.
1 - you can leave it, the overcharge is sitting in your account as credit so you paid for 60 days

2 - reach out a CS_Agent for a refund.

Yeah, unless it isn't financially viable for you, you can leave it in your available balance and essentially your card won't be charged again until June as that balance will cover May

Log in to your account and see if the extra payment is sitting in Available Funds. If so, leave it there and it'll get used for next renewal...your cc won't get touched next time.

There's no refunds, as PM is prepaid. You can request a refund but the process takes up to 4 weeks.

Do you see the balance in your Self serve? you can keep that for future renewals.
