Billing problem

On Oct. 20, 2024 I was billed $126.00 to my credit card. This was not the normal monthly payment of $35.70 that was billed Oct. 7 and again on Nov. 6. I have no idea what this charge is for and I certainly did not authorize it. I am also having a problem with the sim card being locked which I asked about in a separate question, but they might be related.

hi @DougHay you had a billing issue and you have a locked sim card problem?

if your regular billing is just $35.70, it is odd that you have a $126 charge just 2 weeks after.  Any chance you tried to change plan? Did you login My Account and check Payment history and does it show both charges?  Maybe post is the screenshot and we can help further

Only way to find out what the charges are for is to login your account and it will show what the charges are for.

Click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket if you are having problems login to your account. They will also check the charges for you.
