On Oct. 20, 2024 I was billed $126.00 to my credit card. This was not the normal monthly payment of $35.70 that was billed Oct. 7 and again on Nov. 6. I have no idea what this charge is for and I certainly did not authorize it. I am also having a pro...

I had to replace my phone so I moved the sim card to the new phone and it tells me that it is locked. I don't know how to resolve this.
