Wife's phone not getting strong signal

I'm getting four out of five bars of 5G service, but my wife who is also with public mobile is only getting one out of five bars of 5G service on her iPhone 15 and she is literally a meter away from me.

What can be done to improve her signal strength?

@meeawesome Do you have a 5g compatible phone?

The OP said it is an iPhone 15, so it is 5G compatible as are all iPhones from 8 and newer.

I have an iPhone 13 and it doesn't get 5G in my house, it stays on LTE and only ever has 1 or 2 signal bars.   I do get 5G when out and about where it is available.  It works perfectly fine and last speed test was 194Mbps download and 26Mbps upload on LTE.  It's not always that fast on LTE but it does show that the number of bars doesn't necessarily indicate performance.

Do you have a 5g compatible phone? Even on a 4g phone you should be getting faster speeds but not as great having a 5g compatible phone.

If data is working well and calls sound fine, 1 bar is nothing to worry about. It's getting a signal and it's working.

@HubieDeee

if that doesn't help...go in to her cellphone settings > Cellular > Cell Data Options > Voice & Data > select LTE to see if that helps.

@HubieDeee  Sometimes it’s as simple of resetting network settings on the phone, and if that doesn’t work, you can use the orange chat bubble to open a ticket with cs_agent and ask for a network reset from the PM side. Hope this helps
