Like what the subject says i feel like everything just doesn't work.
I try to login to my account, tells me to set up an eversafe ID which I've already set up. When i try to set it up, they realize that my sim is already in use but can't link my sim to my account. Or just brings me back to the log in page and im in the same loop. I've tried everything, clearing cache, history, redownloading browser, resetting my computer, using the app, using it on a different browser, using a incognito, everything.
When i try to contact CS, which is non existent btw, i get it its community based CS but there's just some things you need an agent for. Like why is an email linked to my account asking me to set up an eversafe ID which requires a a new sim and a new plan?
oh yeah when you try to submit a ticket, it redirects you to a page that says ERROR.
I was just able to PM the CS_Agent but after trying so many times in refreshing the page.
Also why does the login page not recognize the right password. I tried to input the same password using my autofill and it works after getting it wrong for so many times.
I 100% believe that they're making this site inaccessible so you don't use PM.

the auto fill doesn't work well on this website. it's better to manually input the password.

look like it is just a matter of linking your EverSave login with your My Account.
you mentioned you tried multiple times to open ticket, were you using Chatbot or messaging? Please message support directly using the link:
