Did you create an Eversafe ID before login?
All existing members are required to create one now so click on Sign Up if you haven’t yet.
If you create an ID, login with your registered email then click on Forgot Password.

What issue do you face?
Do you still have service? Is your account suspended due to no pay?

is your account active and service working? if your service has not work for over 90 days, it could be the reason
if you have a working service, then maybe password or login name wrong? try Forgot login or Forgot password there
