Suddenly my phone won't work. I get this message. '' NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK ''. I checked my account and all payments are up to date, everything is good... But no

What can we do if we do not have access to another phone? Is there any other way to fix this issue? Although it seems like there many others struggling with the same issue.

is this a cellphone that you recently purchased using Craigslist or Kiji or some such ? It could be that phone has been reported stolen or blacklisted.

Hey @Coolhandloo_099 

If you have a different cell phone lying around or someone close by who has one, shut down your phone and theirs, swap SIM cards. Then restart both phones. That in my experience has fixed the issue. If that does work, then swap SIM cards back.

@Coolhandloo_099  unfortunately,  this happens sometimes 😕.  Should fix itself. 

Try any ar all below.

Restart,  turn airplane mode on and off, turn data on and off. If all fail, reset networks.
