I was in the Vancouver, BC, Canada airport today morning and going to USA. I wanted to purchase US data package but by mistake bought Canada wide adds on data 15 dollar/1 GB. I really don’t need to buy extra Canada wise data as I have few GB data in my existing plan use in Canada. Now I am in USA and purchased Roaming data 20Dollar/GB again. May I request you to cancel my Canada wise data and refund 15 dollar which I purchased in the morning. I did not use it at all as I was in the Airport at that time but I don’t know why it shows in my account that 6.6% has already been used? Hope you will get back to me regarding this as soon as possible.

Open a ticket and agent might refund you. But if you or your phone DID use data then it would be considered 'use' and I doubt refund be issues. It is worth a try, though!
You know, everybody could buy data, use it a little bit and then ask for refund claiming 'it was not me, it was a phone'...

@Rabeya91 yes, you don't want to keep the Canada only data as it has a 30 days expiry and it would be a waste
Just talk to PM. Open a ticket using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Just type your question Submit ticket and then select Contact Us to get to ticket open form
