Call log via web page incomplete - Telus won't provide

Hello All:

I need a copy of my call log (incoming and outgoing calls only) But the filter does not provide a complete 3 month record (It chops out weeks). I contacted customer service, who said I had to contact the privacy dept at Telus. They said they'd be happy to provide a log...With all the phone numbers redacted for 3rd party privacy. 😞 😞

That's about as much use as boobs on a bull for me.

I pointed out that the numbers are on the webpage, but the page is glitchy and incomplete, and asked her who I can go to for the missing data. No joy. She had no idea....Just made some snarky comments about the unavailability of customer service at Public Mobile and told me I could get a court order - for something that should eb available on their website. Not a very  professsional look, TBH.

Has anyone found a way to get a complete phone log from these people?

I've followed a provate suggestion and filed a complaint and request for a call log with the CCTS. Hopefully that will solve the issue.

Unfortunately that only provides 10 days of calls. I need 3 months.

I already contacted customer service. They said I had to contact privacy@publicmobile.ca, who refered me back to the community.

Is it possible that the reason why there are weeks or days that are missing during the 90 days timeframe is due to lack or calls whether incoming or outgoing?

it is better not to filter the call log history on the page.  Instead, download everything first and use Excel to filter it after

i am pretty sure PM is unable to provide call logs older than 90 days.  But if you are not even able to print out the 90 days usage log, you can ask PM to help

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
