Hello.
When I logon to my account, I have two options 1) log on 2 ) Resume activation of the account. I do not have a e-sim and my phone does not support e-sim.
I would like to keep my existing number with physical SIM.
Can someone disable the half-finished upgrade so that I can log on to the account please.

@Kirk-Dev the error you got just indicates the EverSafe login is not currently linked with your My Account. Easy fix for PM support, you just need to engage them by direct message
