Why can't I get new deals?

  • Recently saw a deal for 15 Gigs of data for $40 a month.
  •  If I sign in, I can't even see it as an option. 
  • Why are existing customers being given the shaft? I've been with Public Mobile for years, and affordability is lagging behind other companies. 
  • Time to move? $56 with tax for 8GB is currently excessive.

It was the yellow arrows. It's like a video game where you have to find the secret button. I was out of data, so I renewed immediately.

Did you click on the 4G plans and use the yellow arrows to scroll thru the plans? If you choose to change plans be sure to schedule a change plan on next renewal. If you choose change plan now there is no pro-rating so you will lose the rest of your value in your current plan.

@Wolftracker  The 15GB for $40 plan is still there . Sign into self serve and go to plan add on tab and look thru 4G plans

be sure to change plan for next renewal option and not immediately so you don’t lose out on current cycle

HI @Wolftracker  existing customers can change to the 15GB for $40 plan, too.  Please login My Account again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode and you will see the plan there.  Make sure you check the 4G speed plan tab
