I'm waiting for my sim card to be mailed to me. while I wait, the Public Mobile account page will only show me that activation is the next step. I can't go anywhere else to see my account or profile... is this by design? It's annoying.

Sim card delivery can take up to 3 weeks but usually within a week
if you need it quick, better to buy another PM sim card from Telus or Koodo store.
but if you waited over 2 weeks, ask PM support, maybe they will reimburse you if you need to buy another one locally

no, you have to wait till you get the sim card, login and complete the activation. At this time, there is nothing you can check.
