I have the following addons on my account:
1) 400 mins - $0 Free Holiday Giveaway: 400min INTL Long Distance (incl CA & US)
2) 500 mins - $0 Free Holiday Giveaway: 500min INTL Long Distance incl CA & US
3) 500 mins - 500 one-time Int'l LD bonus
Which countries are included in each one of the addons?

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.

@tatianago Just try a number you would like to call. If it connects, that country is included; if not then it's excluded andyou will not be charged.

This is something that a customer support agent doesn't need to be contacted about. Not only will it unnecessarily consume the time of the CSA, but it will unnecessarily use up the customer's time as well.

That list can't be relied upon because the free giveaway add-ons were advertised as including calls to different countries than the paid add-ons.

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
