Hi. When I go into my settings, apps and then I messages, it only verifies my email, and cannot verify my I message. I recently signed up for public mobile. Help!

Yes, I have restarted multiple times, And signed out of my Apple ID, and my cellular is on

My phone number is there, but I cannot check mark it, only my email. I just logged out of Apple ID, and logged back in. No change. Then restarted my phone, and still no change.

@Ek51 under the imessages settings, send and receive make sure your phone number is there. Make sure all the boxes are checked off and enable imessages. Wifi or data must be on.
If it still doesn't work, try siging out of your apple id and sign in again.

This is unusual. Have you tried restarting your device, and making sure your mobile data is on?
