I used a referral code when I signed up for my PM account. I have a welcome bonus and 5% bill credit show up under My Rewards already but when will I see the $10 bill credit?

To add on to @Handy1 , sometimes browsers cache use pre website information and what you're seeing may be older than current. If you don't see it, first close your browser. Then go to your settings and clear your cache. Close browser. Re open and sign in again to public mobile. Then check your credits and see if it shows. It's a bit of a blip in the system but manageable.

@Vneld You should see it in your available funds with in 72 hours of activation . If you don’t after 3 days contact support to make sure it’s been entered correctly
