Add-on for US data and minutes added twice and charged twice. Received error on app when I clicked pay for add-on. Only to find they added this twice.
Received error message when trying to submit ticket to have this issue resolved.
Please reach out regarding solution for this and remove the charges made for the add-on. I do not want this add-on anymore.
