My iphone11 has been checked thoroughly by Apple and a technician and the reason given for people being unable to hear my voice when I phone them is a problem with my service provider. I call from the same location with the same Public service from my husband's iphone8 and there is no problem connecting and being heard. I have no problems with data or texting. Any suggestions other than cancelling with Public and getting another server?

Thank You! It worked by taking it off automatic and reselecting my provider and doing a reboot.

Some of my suggestions are the same as @MetaMorpheusMob
Switch SIM cards. Take his phone for a few days and he'll take yours. Try making calls and see how that goes. Depending on how old the SIM card is, it might need replacement.
Other options is to go into your settings and go to Network Settings. Turn it off automatic and choose Public Mobile. Then reboot. Give that a try and make some calls.
