Authentication Failed. Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication. 3 hours ago CS_Agen

Not sure why a ticket Mismatch, last msg I got from CS agents asked for some info. Big RED Notification box made it seem important. 

Can't reply without making out a new ticket. 

I do have a few tickets over the last couple of months trying to get this problem solved.

if it has an error about HTML error, usually it was because you pasted something.

What you can do is to select all text from the reply message, delete them all, and the right click and chose Paste as Text and that usually works
